Grown on Small Farms in the Sun

This is sun-grown flower birthed in the nutrient-dense soils around Humboldt county and utilizes the water provided by nature through rain or other local spring sources.

The farms where our products come from are a community of farmers who’ve worked and lived together for generations.

We’re proud to collaborate with farmers during the most crucial time of the year, and we personally harvest the fresh frozen to ensure the highest quality and preserve the delicate flavors we bring to market.

Minutes after harvest, our flower is CryoFlash frozen as it’s placed inside -121° coolers which preserve the fragile terpenes that are usually lost during the freezing process.

  • This allows us to maximize not only the total terpenes (up to 28% total terpenes in HTE) but also the diverse amount of micro terpenes (up to 30 or more).

  • This method of carefully preserving the subtle, yet important compounds found in the cannabis plant is what provides the difference you can taste and feel.

    Huckleberry Hill Farms is a legacy craft cannabis farm in Southern Humboldt County, founded by John Casali. After 17 years in the federal system for cultivating cannabis, John returned to preserve his late mother’s heirloom genetics and continue their tradition. Today, he and his partner grow full-sun, organic cannabis that reflects rare lineage, deep history, and the unique terroir of Southern Humboldt.

    This winner of the Regenerative Cannabis Farm award at the Emerald Cup in 2019 shares a focus on dry-farmed organic cultivation and really is leading the way in the sustainable farming movement.

  • Freshwater Farmacy

    Because this region is so moist and is centered in a marshland floodplain, it means that only certain varieties of cannabis can flourish. Eagle scout Trainwreck is one of these! A terpinolene and ocimene dominant cultivar whose unique terpene profile wards off all mildews and molds allowing for truly regenerative low/no input farming practices.

  • Rambling Rose

    This legacy farm in operation since the late ’90s specializes in rare naturalized Humboldt seed strains with super high terpene percentages. This husband and wife have lived off-grid in their own hand-built dwelling constructed with on-site materials. Truly an example of living off the land.
